FDG Scholarships Applications

FDG is offering a limited number of travel scholarships to help students attend the conference in person in Denmark. Priority will be given based on financial need and fostering a diverse, inclusive community.

What to Submit

Please send a single PDF (one page max) to Phil Lopes [phil.lopes@ulusofona.pt] with title “FDG Travel Scholarship Application – [Name] & [Paper Title]”

1. Your details — Name, email, institution, country, degree program and year.
2. Conference connection — Do you have an accepted paper, poster, or demo? If not, what draws you to FDG?
3. Financial need — Why do you need support? Does your institution or supervisor have travel funding available?
4. Estimated travel costs — Rough breakdown: transport, accommodation, other.
5. Research interest — 2–3 sentences on your work or interest in digital games.

Selected applicants will be notified by early June.
